Part of the process- <br />ing site will probably occupy an old gravel pit which is essentially <br />bare of vegetation. If areas beyond the old pit boundaries are graded <br />for processing facilities or stockpile areas, the topsoil will be <br />stripped and stockpiled in a separate area for use in later reclama- <br />tion efforts. <br />
