If the resulting spillway width after modifications are less than 8 feet, additional spillway calculations will be required. The side slopes on the south and east sides of this pond do not meet the 3:1 requirement and will require repairs. The embankment upstream slope does not meet the 2.5:1 requirement and will also require repair.
