Stormwacer Manaeement Plan (continued) <br />k) i4acerials Containment (continued) <br />iv) A list which includes the volumes or quantities of all <br />materials used, processed, or stored ac the tacilir~ whit: <br />represent a potential spill threat co surface waters. The <br />location of stored material shall be indica[ed on the <br />facility plot submitted for item iii); <br />v) An implementat'_on schedule for additional facilities which <br />might be required in~item iii), but which are not yet <br />operational; <br />vi) A lisC of available outside contractors, agencies, or ocher <br />sources which could be utilized in the event of a shill in <br />order to clean up its effects. If the facility is capable <br />of handling shills in-house, this shall be documented in the <br />plan; <br />vii) Prevision for annual review and updating of the contingency <br />plan, plus resubmission of the plan co the Division ;f <br />conditions and/or procedures ac the facility change the <br />original plan. If no changes are appropriate, the permittee <br />shall so indicate in the annual report d_scribed previously. <br />The foregoing provisions shall in no wav render inapplicable <br />those requirements imposed by Section 311 of the Water Pollution <br />Control Act Amendments of 1972, regulations promulgated <br />[hereunder, the Colorado Water Oualicv Control .4c t, and <br />regulations promulgated thereunder. This plan should Se prepared <br />by a professional engineer registered in the State of Colorado. <br />Nothing herein contained shall becons trued as allowing anv <br />discharge to waters of the State ocher than through the discharge <br />points specifically authorized in this permit. ~Ioching herein <br />contained shall be construed as excusing anv liability the <br />permittee might have, civil or criminal, for any spill. <br />If there is no such material present at the site, this shall be indicateu <br />in writing and submitted [o the Division for review. <br />If there is material present but the permittee [eels there is hoc a <br />reasonable probability o[ a spill impacting waters of the state, this <br />shall be documented in writing and submitted to the Division for review. <br />This documentation shall include; i) distance to nearest surface waters, <br />and; 2) a detailed descrioc on of anv structure whLCh prohibits 'he <br />release of material onto tae ground or `nco a conveyance system. <br />
