EXHIBIT D -MINING PLAN (continued)
•
Map Exhibit C-? shows the contours of the mining plan, showing berms, access roads, etc. The
contours reFlect the site after the terrace on both side of the drainage has been mined but no mining
of the northern berm has taken place. [t is seen from this Exhibit that the plan has been moditied to
avoid the channel and wet vegetation that exists along the unnamed drainage in the center of the
property. A buffer of 45 to 100 feet will be lefr to protect this drainage and its surrounding
vegetation. The pit will slope down from this buffer at a grade of approximately 3.OH:1.0 V to the
pit bottom. The typical height from the channel bottom to the pit bottom will be 10 feet.
