The owners must agree in writing to comply with the requirements <br />of the County Engineering Department regarding access permits and the C unty Offsite <br />Road Development Policy for mining operations. This applies to all q arry traffic, <br />including removal of loose rock or rubble. <br />b. Other conditions pertaining to hauling of loose rock From existing <br />i <br />rubble piles: <br />(I) The contractor shall contact John Niemela, Tr ffic Control <br />Coordinator for Larimer County, prior to commencing hauling. The coot actor will be <br />responsible for placement of proper signing on County Road 27 to warn of ucks turning <br />onto highway. All signing will be in accordance with the manual on un form traffic <br />control devices as approved by John Niemela. <br />(2) No parking, loading or unloading of any veh Iles will be <br />allowed within the County right-of-way. ~ <br />(3) Trucks shall not back onto the County road. <br />(4) All trucks will be subject to existing state statutes for <br />maximum weight. No overweight permits will~be issued, and Larimer Co ty reserves <br />the right to spot check weight on loaded trucks. <br />(5) The contractor is responsible for prompt, compete removal <br />of any material that spills onto the roadway. r <br />(6) All hauling must be completed prior to end of each school <br />year, and it is preferred that all hauling be completed prior to May 1 in orde to limit the <br />impact of excessive truck traffic on tourist traffic. <br />(7) The contractor shall notify the State Highway D partment of <br />
