The applicants shall obtain an air emissions permit for the ope~ation (unless <br />the County Health Department determines such is not appropriate). <br />5. Conditions on reclamation <br />a. Reclamation must begin within one year of the (cessation of <br />quarrying on the site, if not before. <br />b. Where possible, the reclamation shall be accomplished in a phased <br />manner, concurrent with the mining operation. Within 90 days after the da a hereof, the <br />applicant shall submit a plan for phased reclamatioh to County staff for app oval In lieu <br />of such a plan, the applicant may provide written verification from the Soil onservation <br />Service that such phased reclamation is not feasible for that specific site. ~ <br />6. Approval is given for removal of loose rock from existing rubble piles <br />within the quarry boundaries, if the applicant first receives a permit fr m the State <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board to do so. ~ <br />7. All conditions of approval shall apply to quarry operatprs, owners, <br />employees, agents, and contractors. <br />8. Within 30 days after the date hereof, the perimeters of the q arty area, as <br />shown on the mining plan, shall be prominently posted with permanent i entification <br />posts or monuments. Mining activities shall not occur outside the posted a a (including <br />vehicle storage, maintenance, stockpiles, cutting, rubble piles, etc.). The County <br />Planning Department will be provided a plan showing the location of eacfp monument, <br />within the same 30 day period. <br />9.
