The Larimer County Planning Commission on F <br />recommended conditional approval of the proposed use. <br />B.FSOLIITION <br />affected or <br />26, 1986 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has made its find' gs upon the <br />petition and upon the resolution of the Larimer County Planning Commission, which <br />findings precede this resolution, and by reference are incorporated herei and made a <br />i <br />part hereof; and <br />i <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has carefully c nsidered the <br />petition, resolution, evidence and testimony presented to it, and has given t e same such <br />weight as it in its discretion deems proper, and is now fully advised in the pr mises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the petition of Neil C. and Arlis M. <br />Sprague for permission to operate a rock quarry in the FA-1 Farming z ne upon the <br />property described on Exhibit "A" be and the same hereby is granted, upon he following <br />conditions: <br />1. The owners/operators shall comply with the following requirements <br />concerning blasting. <br />a. Quarry operators between Masonville and Highway 34 all annually <br />meet to select and agree upon two weeks of the year during which all blasting will <br />occur. These two weeks may be consecutive or separate. All blasting sh 1 occur only <br />between 9:00 a. m. and 3:00 p. m., Monday through Friday, and on no sta a or federal <br />holidays. <br />b.
