Individually, this impact is mini al, but when <br />combined with that from the other quarries in this region, the impact on th condition of <br />the county roads is significant. It is anticipated that this type of i pact will be <br />adequately and appropriately addressed in the County's offsite road Bevel pment policy <br />now being developed. Therefore, these owners should be put on notice tha they will be <br />required to comply with the terms of this policy as it relates to mining Aerations, in <br />order to ensure preservation of the roadways and attendant safety enhanc ment. Since <br />this quarry has been in existence for many years, it is assumed that it ma not have an <br />access permit; a permit is required at this time. <br />7. An air emissions permit should be obtained for the operatio ,unless the <br />County Health Department determines that such is not appropriate. <br />8. Prompt reclamation after completion of the operation, and, w ere possible, <br />phased reclamation concurrent with the operation, should be appropriately erformed to <br />ensure erosion control, mitigation of environmental disturbance, and r storation of <br />scenic beauty. <br />9. As hereafter conditioned, the proposal substantially compl es with the <br />intent and purposes of the County Comprehensive Plan and the Co my Zoning <br />Resolution. <br />10. As hereafter conditioned, the proposal is generally com atible with <br />surrounding land uses and will not significantly affect land values in the area <br />11. As hereafter conditioned, the proposal will not create significant <br />undesirable traffic congestion, significant undesirable sanitary condition significant <br />overburdening of utilities or significant adverse environmental influences in he area, and <br />
