We took applications. We talked to a lot <br />of people. We interviewed a lot of people, and we <br />wound up with a system where there's nine }young <br />people here that are getting vocational training <br />with the potential to be mechanics for us. <br />There's going to be other mechanics <br />that's in the area that we want to interview and <br />hire. We picked mechanics because that's a~n area -- <br />that's a trade that takes longer to learn than some <br />other fields, and we knew that we had all winter <br />before we were going to be getting this project <br />together so we wanted to take advantage of that time. <br />Typically in years gone by we have <br />never done this. When we need mechanics, we go out <br />on the street. There's people always looking for <br />work. We have hired journeymen mechanics, and then <br />as the job went along we might hire some apprentices <br />and train them. <br />But here we're trying to get the <br />training in early on, and I think it's a very good <br />system for Battle Mountain Gold because I think we <br />have some good potential people coming up and it <br />
