We're predicting at least that 70 percent of <br />our people will come from Costilla County. It could <br />be higher. It could be 80 percent. We are not <br />limiting it to 70 percent. We are not limi~.ting it to <br />80 percent. It would be dependent upon the <br />applicants and their quality. <br />Again, our facility design is state of <br />the art. We take a lot of pride in what's gone on <br />(there. We've spent a lot of money developing this <br />project, and we're not through spending money there. <br />It's going to increase the tax base of <br />Costilla County, and that should be a win-win for all <br />of us. <br />Our technology that we're using here <br />is proven. There are approximately 200 mines in the <br />continental United States using this technology. We <br />have refined that, we think, to even a finer state. <br />I guess I would like to thank again <br />all of you for your time in coming here and all the <br />interest that I see here, and I would be anxious to <br />clarify any and all points that anybody might have, <br />certainly the Board and -- and we would like to <br />
