Ore bodies are no good unless there's <br />somebody there to extract them to develop our natural <br />resources, but it's the people element that makes <br />plants be productive, to be safe. <br />I heard the question about i;he <br />potential of a loader operator breaking a pipeline. <br />We've built in our system here where there's <br />nonexposure to that. If this kind of acciclent would <br />happen, we've built in a safety precaution so we <br />can't have an overtop or an overspill. <br />If a pipeline ruptures, it'e~ all <br />contained, and we train our people and we're working <br />with the State of Colorado. <br />We have some young people here that <br />are highly motivated people that are interested in <br />becoming mechanics for us. <br />One of the things that we did early <br />on is we assessed the unemployment rate in Costilla <br />County and what type of people were available. We <br />knew that there were some mechanics available down <br />(there, some good mechanics. <br />I've met some people that I'd like to <br />'have work for us, but there's a shortage of mechanic <br />people in Costilla County. So rather than us go out <br />and hire journeymen people from other parts of the <br />
