<br />6.4.13 EXHIBIT M -Other Permits & Licenses <br />The Division has received review comments from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) <br />indicating that jurisdictional wetlands occur within the proposed permit boundary. Please define <br />the acreage ofjurisdictional wetlands that will be affected by the proposed operation, the acreage <br />of wetlands to be replaced, and the status of any permits required from the COE for such activity. <br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />~jb'The applicant has listed on page 28, in Exhibit S, four (4) permanent man-made structures <br />within 200 feet of the affected land. The applicant's statement "Western Mobile Northern, Inc. <br />believes that the mining operation, as proposed, will not adversely affect any of the permanent, <br />man-made structures located within 200 feet of the affected area" does not adequately address the <br />requirements of Rule 6.4.19. Please address how compliance with Rule 6.4.19 will be achieved <br />for each of the 4 permanent man-made structures. Attached is a copy of Rule 6.4. ] 9. <br />Once again, I will look forwazd to your response on or before November 23, 2001 to allow <br />adequate time for review before the December l 1, 2001 decision date. Rule 1.8.1 states that <br />changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County <br />Clerk and Recorder.
