-4- <br />Exhibit F- Rectamation Map (Rule 6.4.6): <br />The location of this entire site has very limited slope, i.e. topographic change, from east to west or from <br />north to south. See'1lanity Map" for topographic information. As such there is very limited change in <br />the length of the 3.0 to 1,0 slope area around the finished lakes. We ackrww4edge that some variation <br />in this areas length may take place do to materials founds, and excavated. Based on the topography of <br />these excavated areas the depth of the lake from the top of the ground surface will be 24 inches plus or <br />minus 6 inches. The due lines shown on the lake area maps are rwt to scale and are designed to <br />ackrroHAedge that the water edge of the lakes are dilfererrt from the top of the ground surface. The <br />sizing of the lakes took in to account the 3.0 to 1.0 sloped anus and the very level oorrdi6ons of the <br />ground wAh in the permitted area. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Manmade Structures (Rule 6.4.19): <br />Attached to the original application and the March 6, 2002 letter was a copy of a letter from Excel) <br />Energy covering the right of vray that contains their high pressure gas line. A copy of said letter is <br />attached. They reviewied the matter and signed off on the project. This gas line and the deeded right <br />of way is to remain undisturbed. Aa:ess to the right of way, and its gas line, is provided for on a 24 <br />hour bases. <br />Paragraph 11 of page 3 of your letter. We have placed on file with Gunnison County Cledc copies of all <br />documents regarding this application. Copies of said receipts have been attached to the appligfion <br />and the March 6; 2002 letter. Addfional copies of same are attached hereon.
