<br />Area #1 will be broadcast during 1978-1979. Straw mulch will <br />be applied at 2000 lbs/acre and jute matting pinned down over <br />it. Upon abandonment, all structures and buildings will be dis- <br />mantled and removed. The site will be contoured to fit the <br />natural surroundings and the stockpiled topsoil will be placed <br />over the area. Once again, fertilization and seeding will be <br />accomplished as explained for slopes in Area #1. Shrub tubelings <br />will be transplanted with the same species and the same rate as <br />for the slopes of Area #1. Straw mulch will be added at 2000 lbs <br />per acre and crimped in. <br />Reclamation will begin within one year of abandonment. <br />Area #16 <br />Communications facility located in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 <br />of Sec 25. An area of 1.00 acre. The facilities are presently <br />in place. During 1973-1979, bare areas not used will be broadcast <br />seeded with the same species and rates as explained for benches <br />in Area #1. Fertilizer will be applied at the same rate previ- <br />ously explained. Straw mulch will be added at 2000 lbs/acre and <br />covered with jute matting and fastened down. Upon abandonment, <br />the topsoil will be brought in and placed on the area to a depth <br />of 6". This will be twice what was originally on the area. <br />Shrubs will be transplanted and seed will be applied as described <br />for the slopes of Area #1. Straw mulch will be applied at the <br />rate of 2000 lbs/acre and jute matting placed over the top and <br />fastened down. <br />Reclamation will commence within one year of abandonment. <br />
