• -12- • <br />Fertilizer will be added at the same rate as previously explained <br />for Area #1. Shrub transplanting will be in accordance with pro- <br />cedures previously explained for the slopes of Area #1 and <br />the same species and the same rate of grass and forbs will be <br />broadcast seeded as has previously been explained for the slopes <br />of Area #1. Straw mulch will be applied at the rate of 2000 lbs. <br />per acre. Jute matting will be fastened down over the mulch. <br />Reclamation will commence within one year of abandonment. <br />Area #14 <br />Oil transfer pipeline located in the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of <br />Sec 25 and in the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Sec 25. An area of <br />0.50 acres. This pipeline presently exists. This pipeline is <br />on B.L.M. land and Occidental Oil Shale has been issued a Right- <br />of-Way with stipulations to reclaim the disturbed land upon aban- <br />donment. All surface structures will be dismantled and removed. <br />Underground portions of the pipe will be flushed and plugged. <br />Shrub~,~ transplanting and seed broadcasting will be in accordance <br />with procedures previously explained for benches in Area #1. <br />Straw mulch will be applied at 2000 lbs/acre and jute matting pinned <br />down over it. <br />Reclamation will commence within one year of abandonment. <br />Area #15 <br />Heater-Treater plant and load-out facility located in the <br />NE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Sec. 25. An area of 3.00 acres. Exposed <br />cuts and fills and the existing topsoil stockpile will be fertil- <br />ized as previously explained for the other areas.
