The facilities are already present, and little <br />or no surface disturbance has occurred on this wind-swept top. <br />Upon abandonment, all structures and buildings will be dismantled <br />and removed. The surface will be hand raked and the same species <br />and rates of transplanting and seeding as previously explained <br />for benches in Area #1 will be transplated and broadcast. The <br />access road will be ripped prior to seeding. Straw mulch will <br />be applied at 2000 lbs./acre and crimped in. Jute matting will <br />be fastened down over the mulch. <br />Reclamation will commence within one year of abandonment. <br />Area #13 <br />Miscellaneous access roads located variously in the SWl/4 <br />of the NE1/4 of Sec 24, throughout the NE1/4 of Sec 25, the NE1/4 <br />of the SWl/4 of Sec 25, the NW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Sec 25 and the <br />S1/2 of Sec 25. An area of 11.50 acres. During the years <br />1978-1979, cuts and fills will be fertilized at the same rate <br />as explained for Area #1. Broadcast seeding with the same <br />species and rates as explained for the slopes in Area #1 will be <br />accomplished. Upon abandonment, roads will be ripped; fill slopes <br />will be pulled up and placed on the roadbed against the cut slope. <br />
