Reclamation will commence within one year of <br />abandonment. <br />Area #10 <br />Helo pad located in the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Sec 25. An <br />area of 1.00 acres. This helo pad was constructed in 1975 and <br />has a vegetative cover presently on it. Upon abandonment, <br />the surface will be recontoured and ripped. The same species <br />and rates of shrubs, transplants and seeds will be applied as <br />previously explained for the benches in Area #1. Straw mulch <br />will be applied at 2000 lbs. per acre and crimped in. <br />Reclamation will commence within one year of abandonment. <br />Area #11 <br />Parking, traffic control, training and main entrace facility <br />located in the SE1/4 of SW1/4 of Sec 31, T7S, R97w, 6th P.M. <br />An area of 5.00 acres. During the life of the mine, environ- <br />mentally acceptable chemical stabilizers and dust palliatives <br />will be applied to prevent erosion and control fugitive dust. <br />This facility has been in existence since 1973. Upon abandonment, <br />all buildings and structures will be dismantled and removed. <br />The water well will be sealed and plugged. Compacted ground <br />will be ripped. Fertilizer will be added at the same rate as <br />in Area #1. Grass and forb seed will be broadcast with the same <br />species and same rate as previously explained for the slopes of <br />
