An area of 3.30 acres. Topsoil and <br />topsoil-like material will be removed and stockpiled at the 3.30 <br />acre site. Reclamation of the stockpile will begin immediately. <br />The same seed species and rates as explained for the benches in <br />Area #1 will be broadcast. The same fertilizer and rates will <br />be applied as for Area #1. Straw mulch will be applied at <br />2000 lbs/acre and jute matting fastened down over it. <br />Upon abandonment, all equipment, buildings and structures <br />will be dismantled and removed. The surface will be recontoured <br />to resemble surrounding terrain. Compacted areas will be ripped <br />and the stockpiled topsoil and topsoil-like material will be <br />spread over the entire site to a depth of 18". Reclamation will <br />begin within one year of abandonment. The same shrub, grass, <br />and forb species will be used as explained for the benches in <br />Area #1. Straw mulch will be applied at the rate of 2000 lbs/acre <br />and crimped in. <br />nroa ~a <br />Power substation located in the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Sec 25. <br />An area 3/4 acre.
