Reporting of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part I.G1 shall be on a quarterly basis. <br />Reporting of aB data gathered shall comply with the requirements of Part I.F. (General <br />Rngni„",+'nr.). Monitoring resulu shall be a,mmarisrrl fo[ each calendar quarter and reported <br />on Division approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forma (EPA form 3320-1). The forme <br />shall be mailed to We agencies listed below so they are received no later than the 28th day of the <br />following month following the end of the quarter (for example, the DMR for the fast calendar <br />quarter must be received by the Division by April 28th). If no discharge occurs during the <br />reporting period, 'No Dischazge' shall be reported. <br />The DMR forms consist of four pages -the top 'original' copy, and three attached no-carbon- <br />required copies. The Discharge Monitoring Report <br />forms shall be filled out accurately and completely in accordance with req++;+rm.nre of this permit <br />and the iastntctions on the forma. They shall be sigtted by an authorized person as idetuified is <br />Part I.E.S. <br />2. Calculations <br />Calculations for all limitations whirk require the averaging of *+~*~+++~^-^u shall utilize an <br />arithmetic mean unless otherwise specified by the Division in the permit. Do not average in zero <br />for days with no flow. Only average in days in which flow was measured. <br />3. Suoolernentarv Monitotin¢ <br /> <br />If the pcrmdttee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter mote fiequenily <br />than requited by this permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the <br />calculation and reporting of the values required in the Discharge Monitoring Report Form (DMRs) <br />or other forms as required by the Division. Such increased frequency shall also be indicated. <br />
