PART I <br />Page 27 <br />Permit No. COG-600000 <br />E. REPORTING (wm.) <br />Multiple Dischazees <br />If multiple discharges are going to occur, ac with mobile washing facilities, the petrnittee must <br />submit a written report to the Division detailing the following information for each dischazge: <br />a. The date, type, enact location, and time of discharge; <br />b. The individual(s) who performed the dischazge; <br />c. Bat Management Practiors used during the discharge, and; <br />d. Any other observations which may result in an itnpaa on the quality or quantity of the <br />discharge as indicated in 40 CFR 122.44 (i)(1)(iii). <br />A form for this report (Multiple Dischazge Report Form) is available from the Division. This completed <br />and signed form mtsst be submitted with the quarterly DMR. <br />F. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />1. Representative Sampline <br />Samples and m~~~~*~*rnts taken as requited herein shall be representative of the volume and <br />nature of the monitored discharge. All samples shall be taken a[ the monitoring points specified <br />in this permit aad, tmless otherwise specified, before the effluent joins or is diluted by any other <br />wastestream, body of wazer, or substaace. Monitoring points shall not be changed without <br />notification to and approval by the Division. <br />• <br />2. Analvtical and Sampline Methods for Monitorine <br />The petmittee shall install, calibrate, use and maintain monitoring methods and equipment, <br />including biological and indicated pouuram monimrmg methods. All sampling shall be performed <br />by the petmittee according to specified methods in 40 C.F.R. Part 136; methods approved by EPA <br />putsoaatto 40 C.F.R. Part 136; or methods approved by the Divisian,in the absence of a method <br />specified in or approved pursuant to 40 C.F.R. part 136. The analytical method selected for <br />a parameter shag be the one that can meacnre the lowest detected limit for that parameter <br />rmless the permit limitation or slrmm standard for those parameters not limited, is within <br />the testing range of another approved method. Whw requested in writing, the Division may <br />approve an alternative analytical procedure or any significant modification to an approved <br />procedure. <br />When the most sensitive analytical method which complies with Part I.F.2. of the permit hoc a <br />detection limit greater than or equal to the permit limit, the perrnittee shall report the value as less <br />than the detectable limit, as appropriate (written as < (the nt®eric detection limit). Sttch <br />reports shall not be considered as violations of dte permit limit.
