The Division will determine if the applicant may continue to operate under the terms of the general permit. An individual permit will be requirod for soy facility not rauthotized to d'~s*.~ve under the reissued general permit. For facilities wishing to terminate authorization under the new permit, provisions of Part II.B.S.c. and II.B.S.d. will be applicable. However, for facilities that intend to d""ha ve for periods of less than 3 months, a "Short Term Certification" may be issued. For this Short Tam Cerifcaion, the perminee is covead under the terms and conditions of the general permit for three (3) momhs sad then the certification and the authority to discharge under the certification will expire. If the Short Term Certification is applied, it shall be noted on the certification.
