2. Effluent Limitations
In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitation,
Section 10.1.3, and Regulations for the Staze Discharge Permit System, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R.
1002-2, the permittM dischazge shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations which exoeed
the following limitation: Notr. Sotne discharge categories have an exemption of monitoring for
facilities that wnsisteatly discharge less than 5 gpm. Sce the facility certification for a complete
list of parameters and limitations.
a. Facilities discharging wastewater from washing the exteriors of trucks, cars, airplanes, boars
(in dry dock), driveways, parking lots, and roads shall comply with the following limitations
unless additional monitoring is imposed by the Division. See the facility trtification for a
complete list of pazameters and limitation.
