COVERAGE UNDER THIS PERMIT <br />Tvoes of wastewazer <br />Under this general permit, facilities tray be granted audtoriTation to discharge process generated <br />wastewaters into wazers of the State of Colorado. For purposes of this permit, prot:as generated <br />watewazers include: <br />a. Wastewazer produced from washing the exteriors of trucks, cars, airplanes, and boats (ice dry <br />dock) .The washing of driveways, pazkiag lots, and mods are also covered by this permit, <br />subject to the exceptions listed below in LB.I.a. through I.B.1.1. <br />b. Wastewazer produced from washing of bleachers, elevated seating, and grandstands, such as <br />those found az outdoor sporting or entertainment events, subject to the exceptions listed below <br />in I.B.I.a. through I.B.1.1. <br />c. Wutewazer produced from the draining, cleaning, and filter backwash of swimming pools, <br />spas, hot tubs, and similar structures including water slides, and wazer theme amusements, <br />subjett to the exceptions listed below in I.B.I.a. through I.B.1.1. <br />d. Wutewazer produced from the cleaning of temporary stables, traveling petting zoos, or any <br />other facility that discharges wash water associated with animal routes that will eater state <br />waters, subjett to the exceptions listed below in I.B.I.a. through I.B.1.1. <br />e. Wutewazer produced from mobile cleaning vehicles such u steam cleaning, and pressure <br />• washing (including building washing), subject to the exceptions listed below in I.B.i.a. <br />through I.B.1.1. <br />f. Discharge of groundwater from foundation, bas.=- Wit, or underground structure dewazering, <br />subject [o the exceptions listed below in I.B.l.a. through I.B.1.1. <br />g. Discharge of condenser, non-contact cooling, and non-contact heating wazer is covered by this <br />permit, subject to the exteptons listed below in I.B.I.a. through I.B.1.1. <br />h. Discharge of hydrostatic test water from the testing of new or used pipes, tanks, or other <br />similar vessels, subject to the exceptions listed below in I.B.I.a. through I.B.I.I. <br />i. Discharge of water produced from facilities thaz employ the super chlorination (50-500 mg/t) <br />of potable wazer lines for the disinfection of these lines in a routine or planned situation and <br />wish to discharge the effluent, subject [o the exceptions listed below in I.B.I.a. through <br />I.B.1.1. <br />j. Discharge of wastewaters other than the types tilted above when negligible pollution concerns <br />are present may be covered by this permit, subject to the discretion of the Division and to the <br />exceptions listed below in I.B.l.a. through I.B.1.1. <br />k. Wastewater produced from the washing of root crops such as potazoes, onions, and sugar <br />bats or other fruit/vegetable agriculttual product thaz discharges wash water associated with <br />vegetazive wastes, subja to the exceptions listed below in I.B.I.a. through I.B.1.1. <br />~1 <br />LJ <br />
