Page 2 <br />Permit No. COG-600000 <br />CDPS GENERAL PERMIT <br />MINIMAL DISCHARGE <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />• <br />[n wmpliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 az <br />arnsnded) facilities discharging waztewater from the sources listed below ace authorized to discharge wastewater <br />from approved locations throughout the State of Colorado to specified waters of the State. Such discharges shall <br />be in accordance with the conditions of this permit. <br />The applicant tnay demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final permit <br />det~±~*_~oa, per the Regulations for the State Discharge Pern»t System, 6.8.0 (1). Should the applicant choose <br />to contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other conditions contained herein, the applicant <br />must eamply with SeMion 24~-104 CRS and the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System. Failure to <br />contest any such effluent limitation, monitoring requirement, or other condition, constitutes consent to the condition <br />by the Applicant. <br />This permic specifically authorises the facility listed on page 1 of this permit to discharge process generated <br />wastewaters, az of the daze stazod below, in aaordance with the permit requirements and conditions set fonh in <br />Pans I and II hereof.
