Provisions Regulation No. 6 -Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources, Part A -Federal Register <br />Regulations Adopted By Reference apply as follows: <br />a. Subpart Y -Standards of Performance for Coal Preparation Plants: <br />This is applicable to coal processing and conveying equipment. These include breakers, crashers, coal storage <br />systems, coal transfer and loading systems. <br />b.
