9. Provisions Regulation No. 6 -Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources, Part A -Federal Register
Regulations Adopted By Reference apply as follows:
a. Subpart Y -Standards of Performance for Coal Preparation Plants:
This is applicable to coal processing and conveying equipment. These include breakers, crashers, coal storage
systems, coal transfer and loading systems.
b. Subpart A -General Provisions:
This is applicable to all sources to which Regulation No. 6, Part A applies.
