<br />E7C3IBIT D <br />Reclamation Plan <br />The affected area will be reclaimed as the operation progresses. <br />The gravel vrill be extracted in a north to south and e~~st to crest <br />direction. Startin3 in the northtaest corner of the area the excavation <br />will be reclaimed using a afoot to 1 foot slope using topsoil previously <br />stockpiled and reseeded with a grass recommended by the SCS. <br />~1s the operation proceeds from year to year and as the west boundary <br />beco*~es extracted out the 3to 1 slope will continue to be extended <br />to:aards the south boundary. The 3 to 1 slope will be seeded as it is <br />created. The various seeding operations will take p1Uce i1 the fall of <br />the particular year. <br />The reclamation plan from SCS vrill be sent to you as soon as I have <br />received it from them. <br />Page 4 <br />
