Startin3 in the northwESt corner of the area the excavation <br />will be reclaimed using 2 afoot to 1 foot slope using topsoil previously <br />stockpilEd and reseeded with a grass reco~Ended by the SCS. <br />As the opEration procEEds fron year to yEar and as the west boundary <br />beconES Extracted out the 3to 1 slope will continue to be Extended <br />towards ti1E south boundary. The 3 to 1 slope will be sEEdEd as it is <br />created.
