Change in Dischame -Notification for Discharge Fbints 003, 004 and 005 <br />At any time that the pera~ittee determines a need to c'~9e the current <br />status of the surface nuwff ponds to receiving mine water in addition <br />to surface runoff, the permittee is required to notify the Division of <br />these intentions 180 days prior to the charxJe taking place. 4he <br />information that the permittee is to supply in the notification is <br />listed below. <br />Such notification by the ~ ttee shall include: <br />- the outfall number, which is to discharge mine drainage: <br />- the source(s) of wastewater; <br />- the estimated vol~ane, in NGD; and <br />- the estimated length of time such deFratering will coots with <br />relation to this autfall number. <br />Once this notification has been reviet.~d and approved by the Division, <br />• <br />
