3. Four Time Analysis
In order to develop a sufficient data base for proper evaluation of the
water quality impact of the disdlanZe, the permittee shall monitor the
following parameteS at the specified discharge point on a quarterly basis
for four sets of data. A report of 'TIO Discharge" shall not be counted as
one of the far sets. Upon submission of the fourth set of data the
permittee shall attac3: a statement advising the Permits arr] E2lforcement
Section, Water Quality Cmltzol Divisicn that all four sets of data have been
submitted.

If evaluation of the data demonstrates a definite or pzt3~able
violatial of water quality stand~-irds, the permit may be amended to
irrroxpoiate additional monitoring and limitations as allowed under
Part II.B.S of this permit. Additional monitoring may also be
required where the detection limit far a parameter is above the
appmopriate water quality standards.

report must be submitted within 90 days after the effective date of this

be maintained to contain or treat:
