Trees or <br />shrubs which are adaptable to the area wall be <br />used as screening. Plantings will be in <br />accordance with the SCS recommendations as the <br />areas are completed and reclamation occurs. <br />d. Implementation of the reclamation plan w~.ll <br />result in future use of the area through the <br />innate values of a water impoundment which <br />naturally provides a source for open space and <br />wildlife habitat. The proposed permit aYea is <br />not highly valuable for agricultural purposes as <br />may be seen by reference to Exhibit AA. The <br />reclaimed site will be consistent with the <br />surrounding area with regard to natural <br />vegetation, wildlife, and quality of water and <br />air. Wildlife in the area would have a <br />reasonably equivalent access. No less w~ter in <br />the area will result from the change. No air <br />pollution will result, and in fact with More area <br />dedicated to water, less dust should result. The <br />water impoundment is described in paragraph a. of <br />this Exhibit. <br />e. For grading, compaction, and stabilizatimn <br />operations, refer to paragraph c-1. of t is <br />exhibit. For topsoiling operations, ref r to <br />paragraph c-4. of this exhibit. For vegetation <br />operations, refer to paragrph c-5. of this <br />exhibit. <br />f. Timetables - Area I - 25.5+ acres. Minirtg <br />operations in this area will begin within the <br />next one or two years and is anticipated~to occur <br />from about 1986 - 2012. Reclamation plating <br />will follow the schedules provided by th~ SCS. <br />Area II - 17.2+ acres. This area will be mined <br />after Area I from about 2012 - 2030. Reclamation <br />will begin as soon as practical and willbe <br />completed within the five year limit allowed by <br />the Act. As with Area I, reclamation planting <br />will follow the recommendations and schedules of <br />the SCS. <br />
