When a site has been reclaimed in accordance with the Colorado Division oJMinerals and Geology (CDMG) requirements and the site has been released from State reclamation requirements, the operator of the facility may request termtnation of Stormwater permitting requirements under this permit. The requirements for termination are descnbed in Parf LB.2.h of the permit. - - Continued coverage may be required after reclamation or remediation is complete if the Division has shown or has reason to suspect that the Stormwater discharge contributes to a violation of a water quality standard. 4. The evaluation for this permit shows that the Water ppuuality Control Commission, during their proceedings to adopt the Classidcah'ons and Numeric Standards for Gunnison an~Lower Dolores River Basins considered economic reasonableness. Furthermore, this is not a new discharger and no new in armation has been presented regarding the classi cations and standards. Therefore, the water quality standard-based" a uenl limitations of this permit are determined to a reasonably related to the economic, environmental, public health and energy im acts to the public and affected persons and are :n furtherance of the yolicies set forth in Secuons 25-8-102 and 104.
