The Proficiency Testing <br />data has been sent to Wibby Environmental. <br />You will find enclosed your copy of the completed Data Reporting Sheet and a copy of the "DMR-QA <br />23 Instructions for Permittees". The "Instructions for Pernuttees" will clarify the process.
