• <br /> "EXHIBIT E" <br /> Reclamation of the site at minimum will be as follows: <br /> 1 . As each sector is mined that area around the perimeter of the property <br /> above the water table will be graded at a slope of 2 to I or less <br /> than that steep if the slope resulting after the excavation of sand <br /> and gravel is at a grade less steep than 2 to 1 . Within five (5) <br /> feet of the water table and ten ( 10) feet below the water table, <br /> the slope shall be at the rate of 3 to 1 . Those areas around the <br /> outside perimeter after the proper yrading has been effected will <br /> be layered with over-burden and topsoil to a depth of one to two <br /> feet and a revegetated mixture seeded . With regard to the sloped <br /> areas above the water table, the slopes will be disc'd prior to the <br /> revegetation so as to hold the vegetation as it germinates and <br /> becomes established on these slopes. The begetative mix per acre <br /> shall consist of fifteen pounds of seed in the following proportions <br /> and of the following types: <br /> A. Western wheat grass, four pounds per acre. <br /> B. Pubescent wheat grass, four and one-half pounds per acre. <br /> C. Stream bank wheat grass, three pounds per acre. <br /> D. Russian wild rye, two and one-half pounds per acre. <br /> E. Yellow sweet clover, one pound per acre. <br /> This fifteen pounds of seed per acre will be pure live seed. <br /> At a minimum then, the final contours will be as shown on the Exhibit <br /> " map.
