corner of Parcel A, and the fourth well is on the eastern boundary
approximately 200 feet North of the point of beginning on the eastern
boundary of Parcel A.
Wells 2 and 3 have no existing use, but wells I and 4 could be
used . However, their historic use has been to pump ground water
believed to be a tributary to the South Platte for irrigation purposes,
and the dotted lines show the ditches and/or culverts In which
this water ran which was along the property lines. These ditches
also would carry water from the Burlington Ditch by way of laterals
Into the area that historically has been used for agricultural
purposes.
G. Soils - Vegetative Information
For soil and further vegetative information, see Exhibits " I" and
H. Aerial photos
There are no aerial photos attached.
Note: The Colorado Boulevard right of way paved as shown on the Pre-
Mining Map herein, Exhibit "C" , is the abandoned portion of Colorado
Boulevard. To the East of the Burlington-O'Brien Canal , as noted in
this Exhibit, is the Adams County Engineering Department' s storage yard,
and then to the East of that is the presently existing and publicly used
and dedicated Colorado Boulevard. To the East of that then, is the
actual engineering yard and office of Adams County, and also on that
same site on the East side of the presently used public Colorado Boulevard
is the Adams County Sheriff 's Substation of Commerce City.
EXHIBIT "C"
Pre-Mining Status of Affected Land
Page 5
