<br /> <br />• Natural-gas generator Piceance Site <br />• Soda ash dryer Parachute Site <br />If a gas leak or mechanical failure occurred with any of the above-described equipment, <br />a fire could result. <br />Miscellaneous Chemicals <br />Within the maintenance shop of each site, various degreasing solvents, cleaning <br />materials, paints, thinners, and lubricants may be used. Some of these could ignite if an <br />ignition source is present. <br />Electrical S, s <br />A short circuit or an equipment overload could result in an electrical fire at either site. <br />Natural Causes (Brush Fires) <br />Both sites are located in areas with a dry climate. A brush fire could be caused by a <br />lightning storm. <br />6.3 Other Sources <br />Other events could occur at both the Piceance and Parachute Sites that would require <br />emergency response procedures to be followed.
