<br />Flammable materials will be clearly labeled. Non-sparking equipment will be provided <br />for work with flammable materials, and smoking will be prohibited in areas where <br />flammable materials are stored. Explosion proof switches and lighting and fire doors <br />and walls will also be provided where necessary. <br />Both sites will be equipped with fire hydrants and afire-fighting water supply. The <br />Piceance Site will have a 200,000-gallon boiler feed water tank that will also be <br />designated as a fire water tank. The Parachute Site will contain a fire water tank with a <br />capacity of approximately 2,000,000 gallons. Both sites will contain diesel-fueled fire <br />water pumps. <br />5.9 Shut Down of Operations and Utilities <br />Personnel on the Response Team will be trained in appropriate shut down procedures <br />for process equipment and utility line (mainly natural gas) shut off. Members of the <br />maintenance department will also be trained in shut down procedures.
