3.11 Severa-~dlity. <br />Iu the event any court of competent jurisdiction shall determine as a matter of law that <br />any provision of this sign code is invalid, illegal or void for any reason, such provision <br />shall be deemed to have been deleted from this code and all other provisions hereof shall <br />remain in full force and effect, not withstanding such detennination. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 60 <br />
