g. Neon or other gas-filled light tubes, including televisions or other <br />display screens used for advertising or to provide information, except- <br />when used for indirect illumination and in such a manner as to not be <br />duectly exposed to public view, or as permitted elsewhere within this <br />Section. <br />h. Illuminated signs located within the interior of the building which aze <br />visible from azeas outside the building and located within ten (10) feet <br />from the interior face of any exterior window. <br />i. Balloons or other similar lighter-than-air objects whether tethered to <br />the ground or piloted if used as an attention getting device or for <br />commercial advertising or informational purposes. <br />j. Seazch lights, beacons, strings of lights or devices which project <br />images or beams of light if used in connection with commercial <br />premises for commercial advertising, attention getting or informational <br />purposes. <br />k. Signs shall not use iridescent or fluorescent colors and materials, <br />unless specifically permitted elsewhere within this Section. <br />1. Flags and pennants, unless specifically pemritted elsewhere within this <br />Section. <br />m. Any signor sign struchue which is detemuned by the County <br />Building Official to be: 1) stnrcturally unsafe; 2) constitutes a hazard <br />to health or safety by reason of inadequate maintenance or <br />dilapidation; or, 3) is not kept in good repair. <br />n. Any sign not specifically pemnittedby this Section shall be considered <br />to be prohibited unless authorized by the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />F. Exemuted Sitms. The following signs shall not subject to regulation under <br />this sign code: <br />a Traffic Control Signs, as defined. <br />b. Utility warning, identification or buried cable signs. <br />c. "No Trespassing", "No Hunting" or signs warning ofpotential <br />safety or health hazazds which do not exceed two (2) squaze feet in <br />size and aze located greater than two hundred (200) feet apart. <br />d.
