Employment must be verified through Social <br />Security records of employer. Employer must be a bona fide on- <br />sitebusiness allowable in a forestry zone. <br />a IFinain house is non-owner occupied, than ancillary residence <br />shall remain unoccupied. <br />Unauthorized occupancy of ancillary residence will result in special use <br />pemut revocation. Such a revocation will result in a violation notice to <br />be recorded with the Gilpin County Clerk & Recorder. In addition to the <br />violation notice, the County will pursue any and all additional legal <br />remedies in an effort to have said ancillary residence either removed or <br />modified to conform with Gilpin County Zoning regulations. <br />9. Special Use Permit shall be fully transferable and in effect for the life of <br />the ancillary residence to which it applies. The life of the ancillary <br />residence to which this permit applies shall be deemed over when and if <br />it should ever fall into a state of disrepair, either from calamity (e.g. fire) <br />or from lack of maintenance, whereby restoration cost would exceed <br />75% ofreplacement cost. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 4 ] <br />
