j) Sawmills, permanent or temporary, for a specific period of time. <br />k) Pazking lots, where a parking lot is to be the principal use of the property, <br />except in parking resource azeas as described in Section 4.5 of this zoning <br />regulation, may be permitted only in commercial and only by special use review. <br />"Pazking lot" is defined as in the lot, parcel or Yazd used in whole or in part for <br />storing or parking three or more motor vehicles. No special use shall be required <br />for a paring lot which is proposed as an accessory use to a use by right otherwise <br />allowed in a commercial district. <br />1) Transportation, Utility and Communication Facilities. Railroadrights-of--way <br />and trackage, but not including freight yards, passenger stations, switching or <br />storage or maintenance facilities, water storage facilities including reservoirs and <br />tanks of any size, water pipelines or canals, wells or filter beds, telephone <br />exchange including telephone lines, electric substation including electric <br />transmission and distribution lines, gas regulator stations and gas transmission <br />lines and communications facilities including relay towers, dishes and antennas, <br />where ao public business office or repair ar storage facilities are maintained and <br />which are not otherwise permitted in the Residential, Forestry or Commercial <br />districts. <br />m) Dog Kennels. <br />n) Ancillary residences that meet all of the following conditions: <br />1. Total residences including 1 ancillary residence shall not exceed 2. <br />2. Minimum lot size shall be 35 acres. <br />3. Ancillary residences shall share all infrastructure elements with main <br />residences including, but not limited to, well, ISDS, power and <br />driveway, unless code or prudent practice requires an upgrade or a <br />higher standard <br />6. Setbacks shall be a min;mum of 100 feet from all property lines and 120 <br />feet from all road centerlines. <br />7. A parcel approved for an ancillary residence shall not be eligible for <br />future exemptions from subdivisionxegulation. <br />8.
