3. Locals. Parcels fronting on, or bisected by, a local road (public or <br />private) as defined in the Gilpin County Master Plan, shall be setback not <br />less than thirty (30) feet from the property line or fifty-five (55) feet from <br />the center line of the roadway, whichever is greater. <br />C.
