Lot Size. Minimum lot azea shall be 20 acres. <br />B. Front Yard. The front setback is the distance between a structure and a road. <br />Any lot or pazcel located at the comer of two mods shall be considered to have <br />two front setbacks; <br />1. Arterials. Parcels frosting on, or bisected by, arterial roads as defined <br />in the Crilpin County Master Plan, including State Highways 114, 72 and <br />Q6, shall be setback not less than one hundred and twenty (120) feet from <br />the center line of the roadway. <br />2. Collectors. Parcels fronting on, or bisected by, collector roads as <br />defined in the Crilpin County Master Plan, such as South Beaver Creek and <br />Apex, shall be setback not less than thirty (30) feet from the property line <br />or sixty (60) feet from the center line of the roadway, whichever is greater. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 32 <br />
