R-1, Single-Family. <br />3. R-2, Duplexes and Triplexes. <br />4. R-3, Multi-Family, <br />2.2 Classificatiomms Definerl <br />A. R-E Estate. Pemutted uses include: <br />1. Asingle-family dwelling. <br />2. A guest or caretaker dwelling, maybe attached to or detached from the <br />principal dwelling emit with the following conditions: <br />a. Pazcel must be greater than 7 acres. <br />b. Maximum size shall not exceed SSO square feet <br />c. Minimum setbacks from all property lines must be 100 feet; or, <br />120 feet from the centerline of any roads. <br />d RE Iands with a caze taker home aze not eligible for future <br />exemptions from subdivision regulation. <br />e. Allowable occupants of a caze taker house shall be a function of <br />the occupancy level of the main house as follows: <br />1, If main house is unoccupied or part time owner occupied, then <br />anyone may occupy the caze faker house. <br />2, If main house is full time owner occupied, then only employees <br />of the owner, or immediate near relatives and their families may <br />occupy the caze taker house. <br />B. R-1 Single Family. Permitted uses include: <br />1. Asingle-family dwelling. <br />C. R-2 Duplexes and Triplexes. Permitted uses include: <br />1.
