~.72a ~ du <br />(a) Woll shall mean any structure or device forming a. physical barrier which is so <br />constructed chat Ninety-nine (99 %) percent or more of the vertical surface is <br />closed and prevents the passage of light, air and vision through sold surface in a <br />horizontal plane. <br />(b) Warehouse shall mean a building, or substantial portion of a building, where <br />goods, merchandise, products, supplies, or equipment are stored before <br />distribution or manufacture, or wholesale and where retail sales are not permitted. <br />(c) Warehousing shall mean the act of maintaining or operating a warehouse. <br />(d) Water Treatment facility shall mean any water distribution or treatment piam <br />used for potable water <br />(e) Weed shall mean a plant designated and governed by the "Colorado Noxious <br />Weed Act". <br />(f) Words, all others not specifically mentioned shall mean terms and phrases used <br />in this regulation shall have the meaning usually ascribed to them by the State of <br />Colorado based on the County Planner's interpretation of them. <br />(g) Wood Lot, Commercial shall mean the use of merhanized~motor-drven <br />equipment used for sawing, chipping, splitting or transportation of wood, including <br />but not limited to storage. <br />(h) Wood lot, Private shall mean the use of mechanized/motor driven equipment <br />used for sawing, chipping, splitting timber originating and used on site. <br />9 J34 ~ X <br />0.735 - Y <br />0.726 ~ g <br />{a) Zone shall mean a specifically delineated area or district within which certain <br />regulafions and requiremeMS uniformly govern the use, placement, spacing, and <br />size of land and buildings. <br />(b) Zoning Administrator shall mean the County Planner when acting upon <br />administrative decisions. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 26 <br />
