(f) Trash shall include any garbage, litter, refuse, debris, rubbish, grass clippings, or <br />other lawn or garden waste, newspaper, magazines, glass, metal, plastic or paper <br />containers or other packaging or consfruction material, .furniture, oil, carcasses of <br />dead onimals, any nauseous or offensive matter of any kind, including but not limited <br />to unreasonable accumulations of animal waste and excrements, and any object or <br />material likely to injure any person or create a traffic hazard, or any other object or <br />material which has been discarded or abandoned, but specifimlly, excluding weeds, <br />brush, or other growing things in place. Trash shall further include motor parts in <br />whole or in part, unlicensed or inoperable motor vehicles and inoperable machinery <br />and equipment to the extent any of the foregoing items are not housed, fenced, or <br />otherwise totally concealed from public view. <br />aa2~ -u <br />(a) Unsafe Structure (see structure, unsafe) <br />(b) Use shall mean the purpose for which land or a building or structure is <br />arranged, designed, or intended to be used or for which it is or may be used, <br />occupied, or maintained. <br />(c) Use, Accessory or Secondory shall mean a use accessory to any permitted use, <br />and customarily a part thereof, which use is clearly incidental and secondary to the <br />permitted use and does not change the character of the main use. An accessory <br />use shall not be permitted without a principal use on site. <br />(d) Use, Principal or Primary shall mean the primary purpose for which a building, <br />structure, or lot is designed, arranged, or intended or for which it may be used, <br />occupied, or maintained under this Zoning Regulation. <br />1', .722 - Y <br />(a) Vamte or Vamtion shall mean the procedure set forth by the State by whidi <br />the County may legally void or vacate dedicated roadways, rights-of-way and <br />easements determined to be no longer necessary or potentially necessary for <br />public purposes. <br />(b) Variance shall mean a departure from the strict application of the development' <br />standards to this Zoning Regulation. <br />(c) Visual Comer or Triangle shall mean that portion of both public and private <br />property located at any comer and bounded by the edge of the roadway of the <br />intersecting roads and a line joining points on The edge of the roadway forty (40') <br />feet from the point of the intersection of the edges of roadway. <br />C~ilpin County Zoning Regulations 25 <br />
