(u) Structure shall mean anything constructed or erected on the ground, or <br />requiring location on the ground, or which is attached 4o something having a <br />location on or in the ground. Structure is also that which is built or constructed, an <br />edifice or building of any kind, or any piece of work artificially built up or <br />composed of parts coined together in some definite manner. <br />(v) Structure, Temporary shall mean a structure which is readily movable and used, <br />or intended to be used, for a limited period or does not have a permanent <br />foundation. <br />(w) Structure, Unsafe shall mean a structure or building identified by the Gilpin <br />County Building Inspector or County Planner as (1) In a wnditian presenting a <br />substantial danger or hazard to public health, safety, or welfare, or (2) Is a <br />dilapidated building which is unused by the owner or uninhabited because of <br />deterioration or decay, and constitutes a fire hazard or subjects adjoining <br />properties to a danger or damage by storm, soil erosion, or rodent infestation, or <br />is a place frequented by trespassers and transients seeking a temporary shelter or <br />hideout. <br />(x) Survey shall mean a graphic and written representation of the boundaries, <br />area or elevations (land or structures on the earth's surface) by means of <br />measuring angles and distances, using the techniques of geometry and <br />trigonometry by a surveyor licensed in the State of Colorado. <br />1.P2® - T <br />(a) Telecommunication Facility, Freestanding shall mean a telecommunications facility <br />that consists of stand-alone support structures, antennas, and accessory equipment. <br />(b) Telecommunication Facility, Multi-User shall mean a fadlity consisting of interior <br />space for electronics, and exterior space for antennas, that is avaifa6le for rental to <br />tenants that operate wireless communications. A multi-user telecommunication facility <br />would be designed fo accommodate a variety of users in anon-discriminatory <br />manner. <br />(c) Temporary Use shall mean a use established for a limited period of time, with the <br />intent to discontinue such use upon the expiration of a specific time period. <br />(d) Trailer shall mean a vehicle without motive power, designed to be drawn by a <br />motor vehicle primarily for hauling purposes. <br />(e) Trip Generation shalt mean the number of vehide trips likely to be generated by <br />a particular land use. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 2 4 <br />
