(h) Self-Storage Facility or Mini-Warehouse shall mean a structure containing <br />separate storage spaces of varying sizes leased or rented on an individual basis. <br />(i) Septic (see ISDS). <br />Q) Setback shall mean a minimum distance at which structures are ro be separated <br />from the boundary lines of the lot or centerline of the road, on which They are <br />located in order to provide an open area which is unoccupied and unobstructed <br />from the ground upward, except for minor intrusions such as eaves. <br />(k) Setback Line shall mean the line formed by the measurement of the required <br />front, side, or rear setback areas required by this zoning regulation.
