(j} Room, Bedroom shall mean a visually separate space in a hobitable structure
<br />containing a closet and a window large enough for an adult human to escape
<br />through to the exterior.
<br />(k) Room, Habitable shall mean a space in a structure for living, sleeping, eating,
<br />or cooking. Bathrooms, toilet compartments, doseh, halls, storage, garages or
<br />utility spaces, and similar areas are not considered habitable space.

<br />(q) Salvage Yard steal( mean any area improved or unimproved (7) upon or in which
<br />are stored or kept junk salvage materials, snap metals, inoperofrve vehicles and
<br />equipment, or any combination thereof; or (2) Upon or in which vehicles, equipment,
<br />or other property are dismantled or wrecked; ar (3) Upon or in which salvage
<br />materials, inoperative vehicles or equipment, or parts therefrom, or scrap metals, or
<br />any combination thereof, are kept for resale, or (4} a parcel of land, or portion
<br />thereof, used far collecting, storage or sale of waste paper, rags, scrap metal or
<br />discarded material.
<br />Material or equipment kept on any premises for use in construction of any
<br />building or such premises, and any material or equipment customarily used on a
<br />farm or ranch, and so situated, shalt not be deemed junk or salvage material
<br />within the meaning of this subsection.
<br />(b) Saw Mill (see wood lot, commercial)
<br />(c) School shall mean any building or part thereof, which is designed, constructed,
<br />or used for education or instruction, whether public or private. As used in this
<br />Zoning Regulation, school used by itself shall only apply 4o facilities licensed by the
<br />State which either meet the State requirements for elementary education or which
<br />are authorized to award diplomas for secondary education.
<br />(d) School, Vomtional, Business or Tmde shad mean a facility primarily .teaching
<br />usable skills which prepare student for jobs in a trade and meeting State
<br />requirements as a vocational facility.
<br />(e) Screening shall mean a method of visually shielding or obscuring a structure, or
<br />portion thereof, of use from an abutting or nearby use, or from the general public,
<br />by a fence, wall, berth or similar structure, architectural or landscape feature, or
<br />combination thereof.
<br />(f) Secretary shall mean the secretary of the Planning Commission.
<br />(g} Self-Propulsion shall mean She capability for an object to move from a stopped
<br />position, creating sustained movement without direct external mechanical,
<br />gravitational, animal or human assistance.
