Should <br />the ptaintifflpetttioner not provide uncontroverted evidence of subject-matter <br />jurisdiction, all orders or judgments issued by the judge are void ab initio. If a judge <br />acts without subject-metterjurisdiction, the judge is acting unlawfully, he/she has <br />committed an unlawful interference with one's person, property, or rights. Is the <br />judge who acts without subject-matter jurisdiction then.anything but a common <br />criminal? And all orders and judgments issued by a judge who acts without <br />subject-matterjurisdiction are, as a matter of law, void. <br />
