At no <br />time in the record was jurisdiction proved. <br />CONCLU510N <br />Jurisdiction Is required of all courts to hear any case or to be able to continue in <br />any prot~edings. County courts are courts of general jurisdiction. County courts <br />either have jurisdiction or they do not. In the case below no proceedings brought <br />by Attorney James, J. Petrock were allowed otter fifteen (t 5) days from the date <br />of trial and judgment- The court stated, at trial, that It could not rule on the <br />position of per diem damages. All proceedings flied after the fifteen 15) days <br />post motion time frame by Attorney James, J. Petrock and were continued in <br />fraud using the courts as a means of continuing the fraud in order to. obtain unjust <br />enrichment in their ongoing criminal enterprise. Further there was NO SUBJECT <br />MATTER JURISDICTION and NO PERSONAL JURISDICTION thereby making <br />the entire aciion NULL AND VOID. Ali orders, judgments and decrees in said <br />action being null and VQIO. <br />The oourf under Mr. Rogers Continued t0 support the ongoing criminal enterprise <br />by allowing the proceedings to continue, allowing Attorney James, J. Petrock to <br />file official documents with no jurisdiction, authority, law or fact to support any <br />order issued furthering the ongoing criminal enterprise. <br />The judge has a duty to continually inspect tfre record of the case, and if subject- <br />matter jursdiction does not appear at any time from the record of the case, then <br />he has the duty to dismiss the case as lacking subject-matter jurisdiction.
